In 2009, the INIT headquarters was among the ten most family oriented companies in the Technology Region Karlsruhe. This honor was bestowed by Wirtschaftsjunioren Karlsruhe. Every two years, the organization presents the BFamily award to acknowledge the activities and philosophy of regional companies with regard to social responsibility and family friendliness.
