The INITiative celebrates the 20th anniversary of its INITiation. For two decades, we have been working passionately to keep you informed about the latest news from INIT. So it is only fair to admit, this anniversary is one we are proud of.
The first issue in 1998 was subtitled as "INIT GmbH Karlsruhe’s company magazine for business partners, employees, and friends". Back then it reported – on only four pages – on a user conference in Wuppertal and an interesting project in Graz.
A lot more than the layout has changed since then. While the first issue was only published in German, the INITiative is now also published in English and French, and is read around the globe – including in France, the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Australia, Singapore, Dubai, and Canada. An additional, independent version of the magazine is also published in the United States for the North American market.
Today we produce three issues per year, keeping you up to date with the latest innovative products, company news, current research topics, and of course projects going on all over the world. We attachgreat importance to this, as we know that you’ll time and again find useful inspiration for your work and the future development of your systems. And, to support you in reaching this goal is what our interdisciplinary editorial team strives for.
