Your missions:

  • You will be part of our software development teams analyzing, designing and implementing of innovative solutions for public transport
  • Within our international projects, you will be primarily responsible for developing and refining software modules for fare management, accounting for payment transactions and customer administration
  • You will work on the integration of external software, web portals as well as online payment systems (smart card, credit card, mobile payment)
  • You will analyze multi-layered, technical functions for a better understanding of the "use cases" of our system users and thus, a targeted implementation of the requirements
  • You will work in close cooperation with our software teams in Karlsruhe, Germany as well as Seattle, USA and international customers

Your qualifications:

  • University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in object-oriented software development (e.g. ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, WCF) and knowledge of relational databases
  • Very good communication skills and sense of responsibility
  • Team spirit as well as motivation to work in an international environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (mainly to the HQ in Karlsruhe, Germany)
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, further language skills would be a plus
