Your responsibilities:

  • Support the project managers in the management of all technical aspects of delivery of our projects in the UK and Ireland with a strong focus on systems integration and compliance with customers’ requirements, contract and processes
  • Support with the preparation of project plans and take care of project documentation
  • Act as an interface and ensure a smooth communication between all parties involved
  • Day-to-day project administration task like correspondence, schedule management, preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations
  • Helping the project managers in keeping track of project structures, processes and agreed actions
  • Assist the project managers during the acquisition, design, implementation and test phase of the project  
  • Support the project managers in technical proposal and design preparation and/or sales presentations/demonstrations for new business initiatives
  • Close cooperation with the subject matter experts of the global project team

Knowledge/Skills required:

  • Graduated from a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or with focus on business administration or equivalent
  • 2 - 3 years of related experience in a project environment, ideally in the ITS sector
  • Analytical skills and strong interest in technical solutions
  • Strong communications skills and team spirit
  • Organizational and prioritization skills and a structured way of working
  • A high level of personal responsibility and self-discipline
  • Profound MS Office skills
  • Fluent in English, German language skills would be a plus
  • Available for occasional business travels within the UK/Ireland as well as to the INIT HQ in Germany
