initperdis

The business objective of initperdis GmbH is the development and the distribution of the personnel dispatching system MOBILE-PERDIS and the depot management system MOBILE-DMS as well as the customer support for their implementation and usage. 

initperdis, former id systeme GmbH, was established in 1995. Since 2002, init AG has held a share of 44%. In 2011, INIT took over the remaining shares. In consequence, id systeme GmbH was renamed initperdis GmbH. 

This way, initperdis became a wholly-owned subsidiary company of init SE. Its headquarters are located in Hamburg, Germany.
