What's your name and what do you do at INIT?
I'm Laura and I'm 24 years old. I've been helping out in the Corporate Marketing team as a working student since last summer. In addition to my work at INIT, I'm studying business administration with a focus on media management and advertising psychology at Pforzheim University.
What do you enjoy most about working here?
I enjoy all the creative tasks the most! I also think it's great that the role is very varied and that even as a working student you can get really involved and have your say.
What would you tell a friend about why you should join INIT?
The main reason would be because of the fantastic colleagues! The working atmosphere at INIT is very pleasant and friendly and everyone talks to each other on a personal level. Working here is also enhanced by the fabulous massage chairs and the fresh fruit basket every Tuesday.
How would you describe INIT in one sentence?
At INIT, I am given free rein to unleash my creative side and I am always encouraged to get involved.
