Nearest Airports: We have three airports close to Karlsruhe. All airports can be reached by car or train and public transportation.
1. Karlsruhe / Baden-Baden (FKB), approximately 40 min by car and 90 min by train & public transportation
2. Stuttgart (STR), approximately 70 min by car and 100 min by train & public transportation
3. Frankfurt am Main (FRA), approximately 80 min by car and 150 min by train & public transportation
Public Transportation: We have three public transportation stops near our office. From there you can easily get to the main station or city center. All stops are approximately 7-13 min walking distance to our headquarters.

Invitation letter for visa application
If you need to apply for a visa please find here a template for an invitation letter. We kindly ask you to fill out the template with your personal data and send the filled letter to init_ka_travelmanagement_prefix@initse._suffixcom. We will then arrange for the signature and return the signed letter to you.
