For the third consecutive year, INIT Inc. was recognized by CoVa Biz Magazine as one of the Best Places to Work in 2019. 

The company, which celebrates its 20th Anniversary in North America this year, received the award for its “highly supportive and unified working environment that includes professional perks such as continuing education programs, community outreach and training, as well as many internal advancement opportunities.” INIT is a green company, aiming for sustainability through a robust recycling program and an ecologically conscious landscaping initiative. The company also promotes community involvement by giving each employee one day off a year to volunteer for a local cause of their choice.
