On November 15, 2023, INIT received the GLOBAL 2023 foreign trade award of the Karlsruhe TechnologyRegion in Baden-Baden. The Karlsruhe Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and TechnologieRegion Karlsruhe GmbH present this joint award every two years to companies with outstanding international achievements.

In his welcoming address, IHK President Wolfgang Grenke emphasized that it is "innovative companies like INIT that successfully create international awareness for the region and act as ambassadors for the innovation and competitiveness of the regional economy.

In particular, the guest of honour, Her Excellency Dr. Amy Gutman, Ambassador of the USA to Germany, commended INIT's great success and strong market position in North America. She emphasized the importance of business as the basis for good international relations.
