From 4 to 7 June 2023, public transport experts from around the world will meet in Barcelona on the occasion of the UITP Global Public Transport Summit. Will you be there? Then you're probably looking forward to an educational conference and exhibition, as well as interesting conversations with other attendees.
Our MOBILE-DINNER on the evening of 5 June 2023, provides another opportunity to exchange experiences with other experts. This MOBILE-DINNER is part of INIT’s anniversary celebrations in 2023. INIT was founded in 1983 as a university spin-off and over the last 40 years has developed into a globally successful group of companies. We would very much like to celebrate this success with you.
Participation is only possible upon personal invitation and after registering and receiving a personalized ticket. This also applies to accompanying persons.
Meeting point and schedule
Shuttle buses will take us to a stunning manor house on the outskirts of Barcelona. Join us for a Spanish evening and a toast to INIT's 40th anniversary.
You will have plenty of opportunities to meet and exchange ideas with other public transport experts both during the approximately 45-minute bus ride and throughout the evening.
Meeting point will be at the entrance of halls 4 and 6 of the Barcelona Fair from 6.00 pm. We will provide you with more details with the registration confirmation.
Shuttle buses will leave from 18.15 – 18.45 hrs, return buses from 22.30 hrs onwards.
Conditions of participation
Participation is only possible by personal invitation after registration and receipt of a personal ticket. This also applies to your accompanying person. The number of participants is limited.
You received our invitation and want to register? Please fill out the registration form with the required information and save it. You will then receive an email confirmation of receipt, followed by a registration confirmation with additional information and your ticket about two weeks before the event. When boarding the shuttle bus, please present your ticket.
You haven't received an invitation but want to participate anyway? Please get in touch with us. We will gladly check the availability of open seats.
During the event, photographs and/or video recordings are taken. By registering, the participant consents to their use and publication in the event report.
Participation in the MOBILE-DINNER is at your own risk.

Dietary requirements: When registering, please indicate whether you would like vegetarian food, for example, or have to comply with certain dietary requirements.
