On 16th September 2016, one of the annual INIT staff party took place. More than 250 employees came to the Palazzo Karlsruhe, a special event location. This year's motto was “Back to the 80s” – reflected by several decoration items, for instance glitter hats. The items were highly demanded especially as accessories for the photo competition.
