After an internal restructuring, the Supervisory Board of init AG has unanimously appointed Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Matthias Kühn (43) as an additional member of the Management Board of init AG taking effect on 1st April 2016. As COO he is responsible for the segments of Telematic Devices, Ticketing and Service.
As of 1 March 2015, Matthias Kühn has been Managing Director of INIT GmbH. Already since 1 July 2014, he has been the authorised representative and manager of the division "Mobile Telematic and Electronic Fare Collection Systems". After completing his degree in communications engineering Dipl.-Ing. (FH), he joined INIT as software developer in 2001 and became team leader of the division "Mobile Telematic and Electronic Fare Collection Systems" in 2006. In 2014, he was given power of attorney, and thus incorporated gradually into the Management Board.
