INIT employee honoured as one of the best apprentice

On the 9th of November the award ceremony of the best IHK graduates took place in the Gartenhalle in Karlsruhe. Amongst the 4500 graduates in the Karlsruhe region, our former apprentice Simon Dörfler was honoured as one of the best 250 graduates. INIT was also honoured for its committment as a training company. Simon Dörfler has completed a professional training as an industrial clerk at INIT. This profession includes all business management aspects e.g. performance calculation, sales negotiations, personnel management and the organization of business projects and work processes.

Simon Dörfer: “The award was for me a great recognition of my achievements during my apprenticeship. I was really pleased that INIT as training company and also my trainer were honoured by the IHK as well.”
