Today we had a reason to celebrate: exactly 40 years ago today, INIT GmbH was founded! Colleagues were aware that there would be food trucks provided at lunchtime, but they didn’t know that we would surprise them with a party. On the agenda: champagne and cake, music from a band and the opportunity to honor our two colleagues, Dr. Gottfried Greschner (Managing Director and Chairman of the Board) and Achim Becker (Managing Director), who are celebrating their 40th anniversary with the company today. We sang "Happy Birthday INIT" together, looked at old photos, watched congratulatory videos from our offices worldwide, listened to funny anecdotes and laughed a lot! It was a great way to get started celebrating 40 years of INIT! There is more to come… stay tuned!
