INIT is one of the “Most Wanted Employers 2023”

This award was given to us by the ZEIT Verlagsgruppe in collaboration with kununu. 

The study analyzed more than 240,000 employer profiles and approximately 3.9 million employee reviews.  INIT is one of the 4% of companies and the 1,000 most popular employers in Germany that has received the accolade "Most Wanted Employer 2023".
