What is your name and what is your role at INIT?
Hello, I'm Tobias, and I'm a trainee in the first year of my apprenticeship as an IT specialist specializing in system integration. The scope of my tasks is relatively broad and ranges from employee support to all kinds of work on servers to testing and documenting new IT solutions.
"Shaping the Future of Mobility" - What does that mean to you?
To me, "Shaping the Future of Mobility" means helping shape the future of mobility for the better, to find and implement new, innovative and successful solutions for public transport. INIT is one of the pioneers in this field and can therefore contribute significantly to improving the public transport of tomorrow.
#INITtogether - What does that mean to you?
For me, this clearly means our strong corporate culture: At INIT, people are very friendly and helpful to their colleagues. I really noticed this, especially at the beginning of my training, when everything was still new and I hadn't got to know my colleagues very well. Joint activities such as the team barbecue are also part of the overall experience for me, as this gives you the opportunity to get to know many nice new colleagues.
