Personalia/Change on the position of CFO

 

Disclosure of inside information acc. to article 17 Regulation (EU) no 596/2014 

Karlsruhe, 12 July 2018.

The Chief Financial Officer of init innovation in traffic systems SE, Dr Herbert Bäsch, will leave the company in best mutual agreement at the latest on 30 September 2018 in order to pursue new professional challenges.

The Supervisory Board thanks Dr Bäsch for his successful work and wishes him all the best for the future, both personally and professionally.

The appointment of the new CFO of init SE will be made by 1 October 2018 at the latest.
