Rheinbahn AG, Dusseldorf and Via Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH, Essen

In 2012, a joint tendering group led by Rheinbahn decided for INIT to install a new Intermodal Transport Control System (ITCS) as well as set up a TETRA trunked radio system. Further member of the tendering group is Via Verkehrsgesellschaft, which represents the local transport companies of Duisburg, Essen and Mülheim.
