Metro Tasmania operates bus services in Hobart, Launceston and Burnie. In 2008, INIT implemented a smartcard ticketing system called Greencard. Following as additional project in 2013, INIT’s scheduling and driver management systems increased planning efficiency and reduced costs for vehicles and drivers.
