In 2021, WSW mobil GmbH introduced the traffic information system (VIS) developed jointly with us. The aim was to provide passengers with real-time information about the current service with just a few clicks and a single system. And all this simultaneously across multiple channels in vehicles and at stops, as well as online via social media. This is made possible by the interaction of multiple INIT solutions. RESPONSEassist supports dispatchers in processing disruptions more efficiently and generating precise passenger information largely automatically using predefined templates. MOBILEforms automatically documents all operational incidents. We asked Marcel Bollongino if the system runs smoothly and how satisfied dispatchers and passengers are with the multi-channel information system.
