The INIT User Group Meeting will bring public transit professionals together from all over the world to discuss the latest technology and learn how transit agencies are improving the customer experience through innovative projects and initiatives.
Keynote Speaker Announced!
Luc Lamontagne is the executive director of the Energy Transition, Innovation and Technology at the Société de transport de Montréal (STM). He has been with the company since 2012. In 2021, he became responsible for electrifying the STM’s bus fleet, a major transformational project that was recently added to his executive directorate’s portfolio. Lamontagne has overseen several transformations at the STM, including the recent merging of information technology and operational technology, the transformation of the manufacturing chain, and the transition to real-time support for bus operations.Lamontagne holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science and an MBA in technology.
