Financial Year 2019

init starts financial year 2019 with record orders

  • Incoming orders at record level of EUR 69.2m achieved in the first quarter (Q1 2018: EUR 28.5m)
  • Order backlog grows to EUR 178m (Q1 2018: EUR 111m)
  • Revenues rise by around 20 per cent to EUR 35.3m according to the preliminary figures (Q1 2018: EUR 29.5m)
  • Operating earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) increase to EUR 1.1m (Q1 2018: EUR 0.4m)
  • Net profit rises to EUR 0.7m (Q1 2018: EUR 0.2m)

Financial Year 2018

More than ever, the market for init systems is in a state of technological upheaval that will give rise to new customer needs and sustained additional growth potential. Furthermore, global growth trends for public transport remain intact. Forward-looking investments have allowed init to set a decisive course for the future. Therefore init is well prepared, even in a fiercely competitive environment, to maintain its position on a sustained basis as the world’s leading provider of planning, dispatching, telematics and ticketing solutions for buses and trains and to continue to pursue a stable growth path. Non-Financial Group Report

From the financial year 2017 onwards, init is obliged to draw up and disclose a non-financial declaration for the group in the annual management report or a separate non-financial report for the financial year. init group deals in this report with the aspects "employee matters", "social concerns" as well as with "combating corruption and bribery".
